My Approach
The most important thing for me is to see the body as a whole. Each part is connected and influences the others. That’s why my massages are usually longer, as I take care of the entire body each time.
I typically follow the body’s needs rather than focusing on the clock. We discuss all aspects both before and during the massage.
I emphasize prevention, which is why it’s best to come once a month to keep your body in healthy and good shape.
